* Parkland Early Learning Playschool is pleased to participate in the Affordability Grant Program. It reduces our 2 and 3 day half programs by $100/month and our full day program by $320. Please note we have already applied this to our listed fees.
Please note that all grant and subsidiary discounts are at the discretion of the Alberta Government and may change at any time.

REGISTRATION FEE
There is a set registration fee every year which is due at the time of registration. The fee is non-refundable and will reserve your childs spot in our program. Currently our registration fee is $125

VOLUNTEER OPTIONS
At Parkland Early Learning Playschool there is one mandatory volunteer role families are requirement to fulfill ex: executive board member, laundry, toy cleaning, picture day, cleaning nights. Your request will be recorded on your registration form.
The volunteer retainers of $200 is refunded in June when volunteer commitments are complete.

VOLUNTEER OPTIONS CONT…
We have a second volunteer requirement that requires families to help with our in-class activities. You will be part of our government adult to student ratio and help with projects, activities, supervision, cleaning and sanitizing.
For the 2025/2025 school year we are offering an option for families to opt out of their in-class volunteer requirements. This is a $300 non-refundable fee (per child)

FUNDRAISING FEE
There is only one mandatory fundraising fee of $100. This is collected in August at WIN night.
Throughout the year the playschool will run other various fundraisers where participation is not mandatory but encouraged to keep our school costs low.
